Not all retailers have "Made In America" products and when they do, they do not advertise it.  But whenever I find a retailer that has products that meat our criteria, I want to let you know about it.  I was shopping at Walmart online and I found some 3/4 sleeve tea shirts, also known as Baseball Tea Shirts.  They do not carry this in the store, just online, or at least where I am located it was online only.  Here is the brand name "Pro Club".  I have the Walmart link below.  When you click on it and get the Walmart window just do a search for either "3/4 sleeve tea shirts" or "Pro Club 3/4 sleeve tea shirts".  These are 90% cotton on most colors but some colors are less in cotton and more in polyester.  I ordered 3 shirts and I selected the colors that were 90% cotton.  Polyester material does not allow the material to breath and therefore will cause you to sweat more with this type of material.  Good Luck and I will continue to keep you informed as I find products that are "Made In America"!
